Domestic and Global

Sourcing and Manufacturing

S.P.A. is a primary uniform manufacturing company with extensive off-shore multi-site global sourcing facilities which have been producing quality uniforms for over 15 years.

In China, we represent a matrix of 28 state of the art, certified manufacturing uniform facilities.  Our local Shanghai office oversees the day to day factory compliance, quality assurance, inventories, forecasting, production planning and reporting.  Our office is an ISO 9001 certified facility with a laboratory apparatus accreditation by ITS, WRAP and C-PAT certifications.

Key Suppliers are required to become Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production (WRAP) certified by The American Apparel and Footwear Association.  The WRAP program is a factory-based, certification and independent monitoring initiative that requires participating manufacturers to demonstrate ongoing compliance with twelve WRAP production principles. These principles address recognized standards for labor practices and workplace conditions. Specifically, the WRAP principles include prohibitions on forced labor, child labor, workplace abuses, job discrimination and violations of customs and environmental laws. Our factories are subject to unannounced inspections by independent monitors accredited by WRAP several times per year.
